When the car power windows are broken and we go to the workshop we realize that is an expensive repair and we ensure this problem won't happen again... To prevent breakdowns of electric car windows we must:
1 Never close the door with the windows down
2 Inspect and maintain in good condition the deflectors (if you have) of the car.
Each deflector can force the motor of the power windows while lowering the glass because the glass can be pressed, and this causes an extra effort on the electric motor, which results in an overcurrent in the window motor.
